Procedure
This task is designed as station-based learning. Participants are free to switch between the following three stations:
1. Cultures of sharing: With the help of a collaborative mind map, participants develop knowledge about key practices and positions that are discussed under the term “culture of sharing,” see training material 1.
2. Reflective sharing: In small groups, participants reflect on their own sharing and discuss ethical issues of digital sharing, see training material 2.
3. Practical sharing: At this station, participants exchange information about their favorite tools and identify needs and challenges they face in everyday life, see training material 3.
Participants can work through the stations at their own pace and in their own order. It is also useful and desirable to visit the stations several times.
After working through the stations, it is a good idea to summarize the results. This could take the form of a gallery walk or a plenary discussion.
Preparation
- The individual stations must be prepared in advance. A detailed description of the stations can be found in training materials 1–3.
