An introduction for youth workers to the issues of pornography and sexting.
This resource, published initially by the National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) in 2024, provides youth workers with an introduction to the issues of pornography and sexting, including:
- Guidance on how to support young people in navigating these topics and where to find further support and advice
- Insights into why young people engage with pornography and the potential impacts it may have
- An overview of Irish law relating to pornography, sexting and the sharing of sexual images
- An exploration of why young people engage in sexting and image sharing and the associated risks
