How is digitalisation changing our society? How will these developments affect young people and their future?
This book — published in 2019 by Verke, the former Finnish Competence Centre for Digital Youth Work – has lost none of its relevance. It aims to highlight the technological, social and cultural impact of digitalisation in the context of youth, and to map and address the opportunities and risks associated with technological development. It also highlights the concepts of digital and smart youth work, and how they can help in meeting the opportunities and overcoming the current and future challenges faced by youth work.
The publication is a collection of articles from 23 contributors from Estonia and Finland, and we are hosting it for prosperity.
