This task consists of three parts.

The first part is a reflection exercise. This is based on the method of moving feedback. Participants respond to selected reflection questions from training material 1. Their responses can consist of body movements, postures, and/or sounds.

In the second part, participants individually or in small groups select a topic from working material 1, research the topic, and consider whether and how it could help them protect their health

and well-being in their everyday lives. The participants then discuss what they have found out and how it could help them in a plenary session.

In the third part, they choose a relaxation inspiration from work material 2 and follow the instructions.

  • Work materials 1 and 2 must be cut out before the task begins. Depending on the size of the group, work material 2 may need to be printed out and cut out several times.
  • For the relaxation exercises in worksheet 2, it is helpful if participants have small mats or similar items available so that they can lie down or sit comfortably during the exercises.
  • The reflection questions in training material 1 are a list of suggestions that do not all need to be asked. Each time the exercise is carried out, a handful can be selected from the three thematic blocks or supplemented with your own questions.
